| A sketch rendering of the proposed guest house located on the compound at Mayfair. It was designed to be low profile on the site and was thoughtfully positioned to frame beautiful views of landscaped grounds and glimpses of the entrance to York Harbor. The design takes its cues from early 20th century bungalow styling as well as the detailing of the main house with its wide eaves and stone base. It clearly "belongs" to the overall compound but can stand proudly on its own. |
