York Harbor, Maine - Currently under construction, this renovation and expansion project located in an historically significant neighborhood will boast wonderful views of a serene tidal creek.  The program of development includes doubling the heated square footage of the existing home to 4,000 S.F. while retaining the charm of the original 100 year old shingle style cottage.  The permitting process was highly complex due to the non-conforming site's location within multiple zoning overlay districts including being the first permit approved under the town's new archeological zoning control program.
